Cassie is a 21 year old female, who fell from a rapidly moving scooter, abrading and partially avulsing skin on her left shoulder and arm. This created an extremely painful wound, which incapacitated her movement of her entire arm and this pain became unbearable during dressing changes. Two days following the injury, Miracle Dressing was placed over the entirety of her injuries.
